Landmetrics is a small, independent rental-property business. I’m Fred McDavid, and I own and manage a handful of residential rental properties in and around the Staunton, Verona, and Augusta County area of Virginia.

This isn’t a property-management company or a portfolio of hundreds of units — it’s a small operation, run directly by me, with the kind of attention to detail and responsiveness you’d expect from someone who actually knows the properties and the tenants living in them.

This site exists mainly to give current and prospective tenants a straightforward place to find the information they’re entitled to — utility provider information for each property area, and the legal disclosures Virginia law requires landlords to provide. You’ll find both below.
