Water, Sewer, Trash & Recycling

• Staunton properties: handled by the City of Staunton Public Works department. Visit ci.staunton.va.us for account setup, billing, and service schedules.
• Verona / Augusta County properties: provided by Augusta Water (formerly the Augusta County Service Authority). Visit augustawater.com for account setup and billing.

Electric

• Staunton and Verona properties: all Landmetrics rental properties use Dominion Energy. Call Dominion directly for account setup or billing questions.
